In case if you have any of the following issues, here are the solutions.
- Game is not running. What should I do?
If game is not running after entering the username and password, close the web browser and the launcer, then try to log in again. (Please make sure that, your anti-virus programm or Windows firewall doesn’t obstacle game)
- Game is stucked on black screen? What should I do?
